We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trading Applications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our trading platforms, providing essential support to our trading desks and enhancing the trading systems on continuous basis. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of trading operations, allowing them to troubleshoot issues efficiently, maintain system stability, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our trading environment. Key Responsibilities Trading Application Specialist Provide first and second-level support for all trading applications, systems, and related infrastructure. Familiarity with trading systems and Exchange connectivity. Capable of identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact operations. Liaise directly with trading desk to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide status updates. Provide support to Clients and Compliance Teams during Internal Audits, Exchange Certifications, and Mandatory Exchange Mock Participations. Collaborate with development, QA and infrastructure teams to deploy new applications, system upgrades, and patches. Maintain and update support documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge base articles.
