Department Overview: Wholesale Operations within I&P sits under the Wholesale Operations vertical supporting Wholesale business across number of key operational activities covering the entire client life cycle. The operations covers all stages of client lifecycle including onboarding and ongoing maintenance and involves deal closing, financial statement spread, cash management, account onboarding & management, customer service, collateral management, documents preparation & management and collections.​ Role Context: In this role, the individual will be part of the Operational Excellence function involved in delivering change across Wholesale Operations. The centralized model helps to apply structure, consistency, and drive execution results for the Wholesale Operations Strategic and Risk priorities. These roles are critical to the Wholesale Operations team support and help keep the functional leaders and managers in the day-to-day operations of serving our customers. The individual is expected to have strong background in running and managing transformation initiatives around Digital and Intelligent automation, experience in implementing Agile Delivery models and working as an Internal Consultant solving business problems of varied nature. The individual will take lead in working stakeholders to identify current challenges around Digital and Intelligent automation, help identify pain points, risk, and gaps.
