Division Finance Department Commercial Finance Sub Department NA Finance Job Purpose To contribute in GTN portfolio, analysing all areas of gross to net, daily sales flash, trend analytics for revenue key estimate areas, provisioning, leading team for analysis for chargeback, rebates, VIR, shelf stock, growth, RDCs, price protection, audit claims, Failure to supplier, Medicaid. Key Accountabilities (1/6) Daily sales flash • Daily sales flash reporting with all true up estimation to business • Estimating impacts of various contracts and price adjustments Key Accountabilities (2/6) GTN true up • Critical analysis and GL true up of Cipla revenue • True up reconciliation of 900 Mn USD reported revenue and 1.5 Bn USD of GL true up Key Accountabilities (3/6) Rebate management • Analysis and estimation of end to end rebate direct as well as indirect with calculations of weighted average ratios for each revenue line item Key Accountabilities (4/6) Medicaid analysis • Analysing impact of Medicaid & 340 PHS pricing on revenue and guiding business on WAC price management Key Accountabilities (5/6) Cash discounts • Analysis of pricing strategy for list price to estimate cash discount in proportion of Cipla dead net pricing Key Accountabilities (6/6) Chargeback • Chargeback true and inventory recon with 852 wholesaler channel inventory calcs to estimate potential liabilities Major Challenges • Very important as this number is published every quarter in SEBI, NSE, BSE reporting and annual
