The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 🎓 Eligibility Criteria • 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate • Experience in International Voice Process preferred • Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts ✅ Key Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer handling skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Good problem-solving and analytical mindset • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage 🎯 Roles & Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently • Respond to customer queries via email/chat communication • Assist customers with: • Product & service information • Account-related queries • Billing and data-related concerns • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems • Manage multiple customer requests using workflow tools • Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service 📊 Performance Metrics • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) • First Call Resolution (FCR) • Average Handling Time (AHT) • Quality & Compliance standards 📈 Additional Responsibilities (For Analys
