The role involves business requirement analysis and working on a rule-based low-code platform (Service Suite Compose application) to enhance functionalities such as workflows and rule-based validations. It also includes managing system administration and configurations. This role provides strong exposure to the Power & Utility domain, covering end-to-end field service workflows such as outage management, disconnections/reconnections, and field service operations. The candidate will gradually evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME), owning both the functional and technical aspects of the platform.
