Location: PAN India (Base Location: Bengaluru) Experience: 10+ Years Work Mode: Remote Shift Timing (IST): APJ/EMEA WHAT YOU'LL DO Architecture and Delivery • Own the solution architecture from business requirements through implementation, release, and production support. • Lead development across SAP CAP, SAPUI5, OData V4, SAP HANA Cloud, and relevant SAP BTP services. • Define and uphold clean architecture, technical boundaries, Clean Core principles, and SAP development best practices. • Ensure release readiness across Cloud Foundry and, where applicable, Kyma runtime, authorization, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational readiness. • Make sure the platform meets enterprise standards for security, scalability, maintainability, performance, and observability. • Contribute to selected AI-enabled product features using SAP AI Core, SAP Generative AI Hub, prompt orchestration, tool/function calling, evaluation, and observability where appropriate. People and Collaboration • Coordinate developers providing direction, mentorship, code review, and support in resolving blockers. • Grow the team's capability in SAP BTP development, architecture, AI-assisted engineering, and production-quality delivery. • Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to align priorities, explain architectural choices, and keep delivery moving. • Raise technical concerns constructively and propose alternatives when trade-offs require a change in direction.
