Role - CTC PM Experience - 3+ years Location - Only Chennai Notice - immediate to 30 days joiners only. Job Summary: • Responsible for the management of internal & external projects and analytic initiatives • Manages programs, projects and initiatives involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects/programs and/or initiatives into a finished state. • Supports and represents the organization on behalf of the CTC Management team and Strategic Program Leader in the Services Billing COE. • This position is primarily responsible for CTC Billing & Invoicing support but may be assigned to support any Services Billing initiative. • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plans; receives guidance from manager and Strategic Program Leader. Skills/Behavior Needed: • CTC experience or familiarity • Can think critically and problem solve without clear steps to follow • Completes designated tasks on time and in compliance with policies, procedures, and assigned schedules. • Has a technical mindset and can communicate with IT • Adjusts to different environments and embrace change with a positive attitude. • Understands problems and inquire/escalate before taking actions. • Applies logical thinking to gathering and analyzing information. • Delivers a clear and concise message. • Behaves with ethical principles and in accordance with company values. • D
