It works with Global Businesses and Functions, to accelerate, orchestrate and deliver change outcomes that help HSBC achieve its strategic priorities. The team manages projects globally across the bank using best-in-class execution skills and delivers at pace to achieve the desired business outcomes on large, complex and cross-function projects. The team utilises a design-led approach and Agile Methodology to drive change and translate business intent into clearly defined outcomes.
