We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head of Banking Platforms The Opportunity The Head of Banking Platforms is responsible for establishing and scaling AI-native engineering capabilities across the organization. This role leads the adoption of modern AI-assisted software engineering practices, leveraging AI platforms, ownership of governance standards, and delivery frameworks to improve software quality, engineering productivity, operational efficiency, and product innovation. Global Banking Technology is responsible for delivering the technology strategy, platforms, products and engineering capabilities that underpin a number of CIB’s front line value streams.
