Job Opening: Customer Support Associate (Voice Process Hindi & English) We are currently hiring for our Voice Process (Hindi + English) with 100% Work From Office. Designation Customer Support Associate Job Role • Resolve customer queries via voice calls Job Details • Contractual role for 3 Months • Fixed salary Eligibility Criteria • Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) • Minimum 6 months on paper BPO experience (with documents) • Freshers can also apply Work Details • Work timing: 9 am to 9 pm Shift Window (Training may takes place at night) • 10 hours staff timing & 9 hours production • 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs • Maximum age limit: 40 years Skills Required • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi • No major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) for voice process Interview Process • HR Round • Typing Test (Minimum 30 WPM / 90% accuracy) • Final round Compensation • Experienced Candidates: 14 k in-hand (approx.) • Freshers: 13.5K in-hand (approx.)
