The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance, and leading teams in a dynamic environment. A critical requirement for this role is expertise in Windows Virtual Desktop. Responsibilities • Lead the Command Center operations, ensuring seamless infrastructure management and support. • Implement and manage M365 solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration across teams. • Provide DevOps support, facilitating continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. • Manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost effectiveness. • Oversee the deployment and management of Windows Virtual Desktop environments. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure related issues. • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures. • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
