Greetings From Tech Mahindra! We are currently hiring for Operations Specialist - U2 to work with our internal teams here in Hyderabad. Role: Operations Specialist - U2 (Full Time/Permanent) Designation as per TechM: Analyst - U2 Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad Experience: 2 years 6Years (In any International process (Voice or Non-Voice/KPO Or BPO Domains) Work Mode: Work from office (5 days) Shift: UK (12PM Till 9:30PM, Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun) Two-way transportation will be provided within the radius. Client: UK Based (500 years old Brand - Publishing/EdTech) Payroll: Tech Mahindra Required: • Must have at least minimum 2 Years of experience working in any international project and must be able to manage Stakeholders/Clients from US & UK on calls and emails. • Must have exceptional communication skills (Both written & Verbal) and must be able to multitask. • Attention to detail is mandatory. • Good email drafting skills and should have hands-on experience with MS Excel. • Proven experience in creating and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams/process flows. • Need Graduation in any field.
